Day 40: ejournals


All of my classes use Google Drive a lot. We share documents and in many instances the students submit lab reports electronically. I also have them journal a few times each marking period in their “ejournals.” They copy prompts that I send them and then respond to them. I read them and comment back. The ejournal is ongoing and they can see their thoughts and understanding develop over the course of the year. Makes for a nice filler like today when they take a notebook quiz for the first half of the period.
