Day 101: Intro to Projectile Motion

IS II students took to their whiteboards to predict the motion of a falling object versus an object projected horizontally at the same time. Most students have a few minor problems that we need to work out – good formative assessment of the class.

This dovetails nicely with the basketball toss Logger Pro activity we are working on. We LISTENED for the the impact (Vine here). Note classic use of textbooks as weight to keep ring stand steady.
